Psychology Services
We provide psychological counselling to children, adolescents and adults, with the option of face to face or telehealth appointments . We have a holistic approach to treatment and offer a range of treatment modalities including CBT, narrative therapy, Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) therapy and EMDR. Our clinicians can provide support and therapy for depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, personality disorders, developmental disorders, neurodiversity, gender diversity, behavioural issues, emotional dysregulation and anger.
We accept Private, Better Access (Medicare) and NDIS (self managed and plan managed) referrals.
We also offer a range of assessments including ASD Assessments, IQ assessments and Criminal Injuries Compensation Assessments.
Mental Health Social Worker Services
Did you know that Mental Health Social Workers have completed extensive study and training to become accredited in the area of Mental Health?
Angie Jefferys from Blue Ocean Mental Health shares a space with us and has a wealth of experience working with a variety of mental health conditions. Angie is able to accept both private and Better Access (Medicare) referrals and rebates are available! Self managed and plan managed NDIS referrals are also accepted.
Angie enjoys working within a person centred framework and is currently taking on new clients.
Counsellor/Therapy Assistant Services
Alison Owens is a trained Counsellor and is part way through a Psychology degree. She offers individual counselling sessions to both children and adults to help with stress, anxiety and depression. Alison also offers counselling to children with anxiety, behavioural issues or emotional regulation concerns.
Alison facilitates a range of our children's programs are aimed at improving emotional regulation, reducing anxiety and developing children's social and emotional learning. These programs can be accessed privately or via NDIS funding and can be offered in-clinic or at schools within the Midwest region.
