Fee Structure

At In 3 Minds Psychology Services we aim to provide a high level of professional and quality therapeutic services. Our fees are guided by the relevant professional bodies although remain below the recommended rate. Our therapists fees are individualised and based on qualifications and industry experience. Please call 0457 324 745 to book in with one of our clinicians.

Please note we require an $80 deposit on booking the first appointment, which will go towards your session fee. Booking fees are non-refundable. You can however use this credit for your next appointment if you reschedule with more than 36 hours’ notice.

Psychologist

$240 per 50 minute session

Medicare & Private Health Rebates Available.

NDIS

Our fees are based on standard NDIS rates (remote location) for psychologists, social workers, counsellors and therapy assistants.

Assessments

Autism, ADHD and cognitive assessments are available for children and adults, on request. See below for pricing.

Provisional Psychologist

$120 per 50 minute session.

No referral required (no rebates available)

EAP Support

We are EAP providers for some local organisations in the Midwest. Please contact out office to enquire as to our EAP relationships.

Organisational Training

Autism Consultant

Private clients $150 per 50 minute session

Clinical Supervision

Amy Seear is a Board Approved Clinical Supervisor. and can provide supervision upon request. Please contact our office for pricing.

Claiming Rebates
If you are eligible for a Medicare rebate, this will be provided after we receive your Referral AND Mental Health Care Plan. These documents can be emailed through to our practice - admin@in3minds.com.au

Cancellation Policy

We have a 36-hour cancellation policy for all counselling appointments (for NDIS clients, please refer to your Service Agreement). Appointment reminders are sent out 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. We adhere to this out of respect to our psychologists, clients and long waitlists. If you are unable to attend your appointment, providing advanced notice allows us to offer your time slot to another client on our waiting list. This enables us to deliver a fair and consistent quality of service to all our clients.

Cancelling or rescheduling your appointment

Please call us on 0457 324 745. If we are unable to answer your call, please leave a voice message with your name, clinicians name, and the date and time of your appointment.
Please do so at least 36 hours before your appointment, otherwise the $80 booking fee is forfeited.
If your appointment is on a Monday or Tuesday, please call us and leave a voicemail over the weekend, stating the time of your call.

Comprehensive Psychological Assessments

Autism Spectrum Disorder Assessments for children (without Cognitive Assessment)

ASD interview/observation (2-3hrs),
Adaptive Functioning assessment and interpretation,

If school/day-care observations are required an additional fee of $240/NDIS rate per hour is charged.

Autism Spectrum Disorder Assessments for children aged 6 years and over (including Cognitive Assessment)

Cognitive/IQ assessment using the WISC-V - includes testing, scoring, interpretation/report

Cost $2200 (private).

Stand alone Cognitive/IQ Assessments for children

WISC-V testing, scoring and interpretation, Comprehensive report including recommendations & follow up session (if required)

Cost $1400 (private).

Standalone ADHD assessments for children

Includes 2-3 psychologist consultations ($240 per session) Medicare rebates may apply
The completion of a series of psychometric assessments

MIGDAS administration and scoring (3hrs),

WAIS-IV testing, scoring and interpretation, Comprehensive report including recommendations & follow up session (if required)
